Each discipline taught me a different language for the same underlying challenge. I bring that cross-sector lens as a partner, not a critic — to help organizations find what is hard to see, fix what matters most, and build the kind of infrastructure that makes problems visible before they become expensive.

The Strategist Behind Maven Risk Group

I earned a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and Health Policy to build the framework that connects everything I had observed working across sectors. What I found is that organizational risk follows recognizable patterns across every dimension: legal, cultural, operational, and human. Patterns that are genuinely hard to see if you have only worked inside one industry. Patterns that become clear when you have lived inside many of them.

I founded Maven Risk Group to bring that cross-sector perspective to organizations that are navigating complexity without the internal infrastructure to manage it fully. I work with attorneys, small and mid-size businesses, nonprofits, and leaders who need a thoughtful partner, not just an outside auditor.
